Help with installing, configuring and using PicoMander.

What to include in a request

• PicoMander Setup version and Lite or Full edition.
• Windows version.
• Model or type of destination equipment.
• Connection used: USB, Wi‑Fi or both.
• Exact steps performed before the problem occurred.
• Error message, screenshot or log, if available.

Before contacting support

• Try another USB data cable and another computer port.
• Disconnect and reconnect PicoMander.
• Close and reopen PicoMander Setup.
• For network problems, check Wi‑Fi, the IP address and Windows Firewall.
• If an action is incomplete, try adding pauses between keys or clicks.

Google Contacts and Google Sheets

Authorization takes place on a Google page opened by the browser. PicoMander does not request the password and uses read-only permissions.

Google Contacts

In the Contacts tab, select Authorize Google and then Refresh contacts. Choose the account that contains the address book you want to query.

Contacts do not appear

• Make sure the correct account was authorized.
• Use the refresh button in the tool.
• Check that the account has contacts stored in Google Contacts.
• If permissions changed, remove the token and authorize again.

Google Sheets

1. In the 4. Spreadsheet tab, choose Google Sheets as the source type.
2. Paste the full spreadsheet link or identifier.
3. Select Authorize Google and choose an account that can access that spreadsheet.
4. Select Read sheets, choose the sheet, then read the headers and refresh the rows.

The spreadsheet or rows do not appear

• Make sure the link points to a Google Sheets spreadsheet and not to a downloaded file.
• Check that the authorized account has permission to open it.
• Review the selected sheet, header row and first data row.
• Select Read sheets or Refresh again.
• If the account or permissions changed, remove the Google Sheets token and authorize again.

Revoke access

Tokens are stored separately. You can select Remove token, delete token_google_contacts.json or token_google_sheets.json, or remove PicoMander from the connected apps in your Google Account.

Compatibility may vary depending on hardware, operating system, network and destination software. Custom configurations must be tested before use in a real environment.
