Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of PicoMander, PicoMander Setup, its local modules, configurations and optional features. By using the product, the user accepts these terms.
2. User responsibility
The user must review configurations, data, commands, destinations and results before using them in a real task. The user must also protect access to the computer, accounts, tokens and configuration files.
3. Compatibility
Compatibility may vary according to the operating system, drivers, network, hardware, equipment and destination software. Custom functions must be tested in the environment where they will be used.
4. Use in care environments
PicoMander is an interaction and automation tool. It does not make diagnoses, replace professional judgment or independently guarantee the integrity of entered data. The user must verify identity, data and destination before confirming an action.
5. Google Contacts and Google Sheets
Google integrations are optional and require explicit user authorization. PicoMander requests read-only permissions to query contacts and the spreadsheet indicated by the user. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
The user must have the right to access and process data contained in the account, contacts and spreadsheets, particularly when it includes personal or health-related information. The user must also verify the row and destination before sending it.
Google may modify, limit or discontinue its APIs. PicoMander does not control the availability of those services and does not provide cloud backups.
6. Third-party services and software
Some features integrate with third-party services, equipment or software. Those products may require a separate installation, account, authorization, licence or configuration and are governed by their own terms.
7. Availability and changes
PicoMander may update its features, documentation, configurations and technical requirements. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve compatibility, but an external integration is not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
